American Legion Auxiliary County Meeting will be held tomorrow at Whitestown Legion#1113

The American Legion Riders will be having their annual "Hog Roast" this Saturday!!!!
Get your tickets at the post or from an ALR member. Tickets are limited!!!
It's a GREAT TIME!

Tonight if you are interested..... we will be meeting at the COCVAC no later than 4:30pm
We will be serving the Soldiers Dinner Tonight!!! There are 23 of them.
I hope to see everyone there :)

Legion CLOSED TODAY

The Post will be CLOSED TODAY!!!
They are working on the parking lot.
We will still be there at about 5:30 to prepare the food for tomorrow nights dinner for the soldiers. Please come in on the dirt road side and park in the grass if you plan to come up and help.

We have yet again lost another one of our Legion Members Edward "Inchie" Ruane on Sunday August 30th.

On Saturday August 22nd we lost Forrest Cooper, Jr.

There is a picture at our post of Forrest that you can see... I do not have it on my computer, sorry

I also heard that one of our Auxiliary Members passed Joyce Leaf, however I do not have any information on it. If anyone does please e-mail me and let me know.

If you are planing on helping out with the lunch & dinners that we will putting on for the 25 Soldiers from the 10th Mountain Division...

Please meet at the COCVAC in Clark Mills no later then 4:30 on Wednesday Sept. 9th or at the post to help transport food at 3:30.

If you would like to help on Saturday Sept. 12th we will be meeting at the post on Friday at 5:30 for prep work. On Saturday meet at the post at 9am to help out with food & transport...
or meet at 11:30 at the COCVAC in Mills.
